A low-tech sensors and actuators workshop at the Goldsmiths College Design Department, London, on 2 February 2006. The workshop was based on Low Tech Sensors and Actuators, the research project by Usman Haque and Adam Somlai-Fischer commissioned by FACT (Foundation for Art and Creative Technology, Liverpool), whose free Creative Commons handbook taught artists and architects to reconfigure inexpensive electronic toys and gadgets into interactive components; a public wiki collected participants' own toy and gadget reconfigurations.
